Overview

The Smart Route Planner helps you organize and visualize multiple locations in a single trip. It is designed for errands, meetings, property visits, and any situation where you need to plan an efficient route.

By entering a starting point and multiple destinations, the tool will organize the optimal order, display everything on a map, and allow you to download a polished PNG of your route.

How to Use the Tool

1. Enter Your Starting Location

Input the address where your route should begin. This can be your home, office, or any starting point.

2. Add Your Destinations

Enter each destination on a new line.
You can include errands, meeting locations, property visits, or any addresses you need to visit.

3. Optional Return to Starting Location

Select the option to return to your starting location if you want a round trip.
If selected, the route will end where it began.

4. Select Travel Mode

Choose how you plan to travel. Options typically include driving, walking, or cycling.

5. Build Your Route

Click the Build Organized Route button.

The tool will process your addresses, determine an efficient order, and display the route on the map. It will also show total distance, estimated travel time, and the organized list of stops.

6. Review the Route

Check the map and ordered stops to confirm that the route meets your needs. Each location is labeled and displayed clearly.

7. Download the Map

Click Download Map as PNG to save a clean visual of your route.

The downloaded image includes the map, the ordered list of stops with full addresses, and summary details such as distance and time.

Common Errors and How to Fix Them

If the tool cannot process an address or build a route, it is usually due to formatting or recognition issues. The following adjustments typically resolve the problem.

Address Not Found
